The Polar f6 heart rate watch monitor is a great mid featured exercise watch that has alot of the features you would expect from a decent heart rate watch without the huge price tag found in the more expensive heart rate watches.
For me the two essentials in any exercise watch needs to be an accurate easy to use heart rate monitor and a way to keep track of how hard I am exercising by showing the calories burned. The Polar f6 does all this and alot more, making this a great watch.

The Polar f4 Heart Rate Watch is an excellent entry level fitness watch for those wanting to get the benefits out of a quality heart rate monitor watch but without the big price tag common among higher end models.
Every Fitness watch company has many models from strapless to simple right through to complex GPS tracking, but for alot of runners or those interested in uping their fitness levels, they are just looking for an accurate heart rate monitor with perhaps a few bells and whistles but without a big price tag. In my view the Polar f4 Heart Rate Monitor is just what the doctor ordered in this case.
The Polar f4 watch is simple to use and easy to follow and a great way to target your heart rate while exercising so that you gain the max benefit out of your workouts. It also integrates with many gym equipments that have heart rate monitor functions so that you can see your heart rate in action on that treadmill, very cool for an entry level fitness watch.
